EARN Connects Hospitality Employers and Employment Service Providers

In collaboration with Embassy Suites and the Workforce Organizations for Regional Collaboration (WORC), the Employer Assistance & Recruiting Network (EARN) hosted a stimulating networking lunch to connect hospitality employers, such as Embassy Suites, with the bevy of employment service providers in the DC metro area. EARN Presentation on Recruiting New Talent, Miami, FL

The Miami Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development would like to invite you to The Employer Assistance & Recruiting Network’s (EARN) presentation entitled, Recruiting Talent in a Changing Economy. ASTD is the professional organization that promotes and enhances human resource development for all organizations, private or public, profit or not-for-profit. Eladio Amores of the Florida Business Leadership Network and founder and president of The Amores Group consulting firm will speak on EARN’s behalf. Those who attend will have a chance to network and learn to:

  • Understand how people with disabilities contribute to the bottom line
  • Get access to tools and resources for effectively integrating people with disabilities into the workplace
  • Learn the truth behind the myths about accommodations, impact on health care costs and employee performance
  • Hear more about a specific case study (Marriott Hotels)
