EARN’s Business Case for Hiring People with Disabilities presents key issues that employers face and illustrates how employees with disabilities can help to address them.

The business case can be used by executives, human resource personnel and hiring managers to learn about the contributions people with disabilities make to an organization’s workforce and bottom line. It was developed based on industry and Focus Group research and interviews with small, medium and large business representatives who’ve employed people with disabilities.
